Order Delivery
All deliveries will be made to the Cedar Rapids Campus and distributed by Mail Stop Numbers. NOTE: Please be sure to indicate your MAILSTOP in the ADDRESS box area.
Delivery Time: 2 weeks from the time your order is processed. Orders will be processed on Wednesdays and Fridays of each week with deliveries made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your item is out of stock, and we are unable to deliver within the 2 week time period, you will be notified and given the option to keep your item on backorder or choose an alternate color or item.
If you have a special request for delivery, please contact IMS at 319-365-7159, ext: 107 to place your request. Every effort will be made to accomodate you. There may be an additional charge for RUSH service.
