IMS Branded Solutions is committed to unparalleled service and quality products. Upon delivery your item should be free of defects of material and embroidery, i.e.: structure, composition and workmanship. One of our Quality Control representatives will thoroughly inspect your item prior to packaging. If you happen to receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact an IMS Service Representative immediately! We will send you a return authorization for and ship the damaged merchandise back and replace the item, if that is not possible we will issue a credit or refund after we receive the damaged/defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
Personalized (logoed/decorated) merchandise CANNOT BE RETURNED unless defective!
You may return flawed, unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for a replacement. Simply call our Customer Service Line at 319-365-7159, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. A return authorization form will be emailed to you and is required for your replacement/credit.
When packing your return, we simply ask that you fill out a return authorization form indicating the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address, mail stop and name of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper.
