In addition, if neck and chest sizes are correct with your actual measurements based on the sizing chart, there is still a chance that the garment may not fit you correctly. Each brand manufacturer has its own distinct sizes. IMS Branded Solutions and Snyder & Associates are not responsible for items that do not fit properly.You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

Upon delivery your item should be free of defects of material and embroidery, i.e.: structure, composition and workmanship. One of our Quality Control representatives will thoroughly inspect your item prior to packaging. If you happen to receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact an IMS Service Representative immediately! We will send you a return authorization for and ship the damaged merchandise back and replace the item, if that is not possible we will issue a credit or refund after we receive the damaged/defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
