Do I need to set up an account with you?

Signing up for an account is a convenient feature. You will be able to sign in quicker next time as well as it saves all your information. In order to redeem a certificate, you will need an account.

How do I apply my certificate?

Please see the section titled "How to Redeem Certificates" for a visual on how to apply your code to your order.

I've forgotten my password

If you are unable to request a new passward on this site, please give us a call and we will be happy to assist!

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

You are now able to return items, free of charge. If you would like to return an item, please email with your company name and order number as well as the item you would like to return. We will issue a return label. You will need to repackage the item and attach the return label. Once the item is returned to us, you will receive a credit to your account that can be used on future orders.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

The apparel on this store is sourced directly from the manufacturer and embroidered in-house to your specific needs. Please allow a minimum 2-week turnaround. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, feel free to contact us at for a status update. Please provide your company name and order number in your inqury.

What if I need an item sooner than the 2-week turnaround time?

If you have a rush request, please contact IMS to make arrangements. We will certainly try to meet your needs. Rush charges may apply.

Do I get a prices break?

As an employee of GreenState, up to 50% of your order total is covered by the credit union. ALL prices reflected on this site are already discounted.
