Shipping and Return Policy

This store is a no inventory program, so each item is sourced directly from the manufacturer and embroidered in-house to your specific needs. Please allow a minimum 2-week turnaround. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, feel free to contact us at for a status update. Please provide your company name and your order number.

Ownership is transferred once the packages are mailed. Once orders are shipped, your order status is updated to “shipped”. To request a tracking number, please email with your company name and order number

Because we custom embroider each item, orders cannot be returned if the size you ordered does not fit. Each brand manufacturer has its own distinct sizing. If you need to see a more detailed sizing chart, please email the item name and item number to to request a spec sheet.

If an item has a defect, it can be replaced upon inspection within 10 days of receipt. Please email a photo AND description of the defect along with your order number.
