Production & Order Processing
Items on this store are made to order and decorated at our facility with embroidery, printing, or engraving.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Production typically takes up to 2 weeks before shipping.
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as size or color adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible at StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Refund & Exchanges
All sales are final because each item is custom decorated. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to sizing, color, or design preference.
Sizing charts are provided on each product page. If you have questions about fit, materials, or customization before placing your order, contact us at StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the defect. If a replacement is approved, we will exchange it for the same item or one of equal value.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and carrier information. You can also log into your account to check your order status at any time.
Shipping Carrier: Orders usually ship via USPS for the most cost-effective delivery.
Rush Requests: If you need your order expedited, contact us before placing your order and we will try to meet your timeline.
FOB Shipping Point: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the package is picked up by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Damage or Theft: All packages are carefully inspected and packed. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If there is a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
