Do I need to set up an account with you?
You do not need an account to place an order, but creating one allows faster checkout and easy access to your order history. You will need an account to redeem a gift certificate.
How do I create a customer account?
Click the €śSign Up€ť or €śCreate Account€ť link at the top of the homepage. Enter your name, email address, and password. Then click €śSubmit€ť to complete your account setup.
How do I update my account information?
Log into your account and go to €śAccount Settings€ť where you can update your address, payment method, and contact information.
I've forgotten my password
Click the €śForgot Password€ť link on the login page. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address. If you continue to have trouble, email us or give us a call and we will be happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards at checkout. If you need to pay with a different method or use a purchase order, please contact us at StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the €śPromo Code€ť field during checkout and click €śApply.€ť Your discount will be applied to your total.
How do I check my account balance?
1 - Log in to your account
Sign in to your customer account on our online store.
2 - View your balance
Click on the "Account" button and navigate to your Customer Account Balance screen. This page will show your current balance, including any redeemed gift certificates.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are custom embroidered in-house and usually ship within 2 weeks. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, contact us at StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com with your order number and company name for a status update.
What if I need an item sooner than the 2-week turnaround time?
We may be able to rush production depending on current capacity. Contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account to view your order history and current tracking details.
What should I do if I encounter an issue with my order?
If something is wrong with your order, visit the €śContact Us€ť page or email StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com. Include your order number and a short description of the issue so we can help right away.
What is your return policy?
All products are made to order and are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of the order delivery date. Include your order number, contact information, and a photo of the issue. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement. Items must have prior authorization to be returned.
How do I use the wish list feature?
If you are logged in, you can click €śAdd to Wish List€ť on any product page to save it for later. View and manage your saved items from your account dashboard.
