Shipping and Return Policy


Production & Order Processing

Items available on this store are custom decorated in-house at our facility. Whether embroidered, printed, or engraved, each item is made to order with care and precision.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours, and production may take up to two weeks before shipping. If you need to make any changes such as adjusting sizes or colors please contact us immediately at StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com. Once an item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.


Refund & Exchanges

Because all items are custom decorated, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for sizing, color choices, or design preferences.

Sizing charts are available on each product page, located near the product descriptions. We encourage you to review these before placing an order. If you have any additional questions about sizing, materials, or customization options, feel free to reach out to StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defect so we can review and provide a resolution. If a replacement is needed, we will exchange the item for an identical product or one of equal value. 


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and carrier information. You can also view order updates by logging into your account at any time.

Shipping Carrier: Orders are typically shipped via USPS as the most economical option.
Rush Shipments: If you need your order expedited, please contact us at StoreOrders@IMSLogoShop.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
FOB Shipping Point: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the carrier picks up the package from our facility.
Shipping Damage & Theft: We carefully inspect and package all items before shipment, but we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
