The apparel on this store is sourced directly from the manufacturer and embroidered in-house to your specific needs. Please allow a minimum 2-week turnaround. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, feel free to contact us at storeorders@imslogoshop.com for a status update. Please provide your company name and order number in your inquiry.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online we accept all major credit cards. If you are needing to pay with a different method &/or you need a PO issued, please email storeorders@imslogoshop.com

What if my department's logo is not available on this site?

What is your return policy?

All items on the site are custom made and non-refundable. If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at storeorders@imslogoshop.com. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of the order date. Please provide the order number, name on the order, a contact number/email, and the reason for the return. Damaged merchandise can be returned with prior written authorization from IMS. This approach maintains the clarity of the original policy while ensuring that customers know exactly what steps to take if they need to return a damaged or defective item.
